After 25 Years In Washington Shilling for Millionaires and Wall Street, Lindsey Graham Can’t Deliver For Struggling South Carolinians As COVID Spreads Like Wildfire

While South Carolina ranks dead last in the country in federal small business loans per worker, Graham has fought tooth and nail against extending support for South Carolinians who’ve lost their jobs

Charleston, SC — Lindsey Must Go (LMG PAC), the super PAC dedicated to defeating Lindsey Graham and electing Jaime Harrison, released the following statement on Lindsey Graham’s complete failure to deliver for South Carolina amidst a pandemic that has infected tens of thousands and claimed nearly 900 lives — all at a time when more than 600,000 South Carolinians have filed for unemployment. While Graham went to the mat to pass billions in tax cuts for millionaires and giant corporations, he has fought tooth and nail against extending support for workers who have lost their jobs and sat on his hands while South Carolina ranks dead last in the country in federal small business loans per worker.

“As COVID spreads like wildfire in South Carolina and businesses continue to suffer, Lindsey Graham is nowhere to be found,” said Stephen Groves, Co-Chair of LMG PAC. “After 25 years in Washington, you’d think Lindsey Graham would be relatively effective in delivering relief for the Palmetto State. Unfortunately for South Carolinians, Lindsey Graham only gets off his ass when it’s time to pass tax cuts for his millionaire donors. Lindsey Graham has completely forgotten where we came from but luckily voters will remind him in November when they send Jaime Harrison to the United States Senate.”
